Sentia was commissioned to design and develop a groundbreaking new service tailored specifically for the Australian market. From the very beginning, Sentia took the concept through every stage of development, applying extensive expertise and technical skill to transform an innovative idea into a fully functional, user-friendly platform. This collaboration ultimately contributed to launching what has become a well-known and trusted household brand.
When Airtasker first approached Sentia, their vision was to create a simple yet powerful app that could seamlessly connect people seeking various services with qualified service providers nearby. Sentia worked closely with Airtasker to design an intuitive platform equipped with all the essential features needed to bring this initial concept to life. The result was a smooth, easy-to-use app that quickly gained traction in the Australian market.
Since launch, Airtasker has scaled to over 2.5 million users, facilitated millions of tasks, and expanded operations internationally. Our technical foundation and user-centric design helped enable this growth by delivering a fast, flexible, and secure product ready for scale.

- Designed the end-to-end UX for both task posters and taskers, including onboarding, task flow, and profile management
